inner-background-color parameter (skin)

The background color of the browser portion of the control. This does not apply to the area outside of the browser itself, such as the URL bar or the navigation buttons if they appear.

Due to technical limitations, partial transparency is not supported. To use partial transparency, you should set this parameter to transparent and then modify the document within the browser to have a translucent background or opacity less than 1.
